The 13-passenger (1,000 kg) corporate tower elevator is designed for high-rise commercial towers, financial institutions, and major mixed-use developments demanding rapid passenger transit and heavy payload reliability. Operating at speeds up to 2.0 m/s, it drastically cuts waiting times during morning and evening rush hours.
Equipped with advanced multi-car group supervisory dispatch software, the system calculates optimal car allocation in real time, balancing energy usage and maximizing handling capacity across high-density floors.
The reinforced cabin offers expansive internal roominess with titanium-etched decorative paneling, heavy granite flooring, a built-in negative ion air purifier, and an integrated 10.4-inch multimedia information screen.
