This 6-passenger (450 kg) residential elevator is engineered specifically for modern private apartments, duplexes, and multi-family residential buildings. Powered by a high-efficiency Permanent Magnet Synchronous (PMSM) gearless machine, it operates with whisper-quiet smoothness while reducing energy consumption by up to 35% compared to conventional geared traction systems.
The Machine Roomless (MRL) layout eliminates the need for an overhead machine room, conserving building roof space and simplifying architectural design. The car interior features hairline stainless steel walls with a mirror-finish back panel and energy-efficient LED downlighting.
Includes an integrated Automatic Rescue Device (ARD) and full-height door infrared sensors as standard, guaranteeing safe, reliable floor leveling and passenger evacuation during power interruptions.
